Return & Refund Policy — Humilis Artworks
At Humilis Artworks, every piece is custom printed just for you. Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. All sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right at no cost to you.
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us at humilis.art7@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect
- We will review your claim and arrange a reprint or refund promptly
Claims submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping In the rare case that a physical return is required, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide return instructions upon approval of your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without proof of damage or defect
- Items reported after the 14-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
